Dispatch:

All orders are dispatched within 24–78 hours of placement.

Delivery Timeline:
Expect delivery within 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Exchanges:

Items may be exchanged within 2 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Exchanges are limited to size only and subject to availability. A nominal fee of INR 99 is applied for all size exchanges, which will be included in the replacement order's invoice.

Terms & Conditions for Exchanges:

• Items to be exchanged must be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging intact. 
• INR 99 exchange fee applies to all size exchanges and will be included in the replacement order invoice. 
• Exchange requests can be made 24 hours post-delivery via WhatsApp, and the courier will pick up only the product(s) specified in the size exchange request. 
• Only complete sets or combos can be exchanged; individual items from sets cannot. 
• Proper images of products with tags should be provided when initiating the exchange. 
• Pickup for exchanges will depend on service availability for the specified pincode. 
• Three pickup attempts are provided. If the pickup fails, contact support to reinitiate. 
• No second exchanges for size are allowed; however, if a second exchange is needed, a fee of INR 250 applies. 
• Damaged or defective items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery for a replacement. 
• Clobug does not accept returns or refunds but will provide store credits valid for a year if a return is necessary due to other issues.

Damaged/Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer an exchange for a new item of the same style. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be processed via bank transfer. Clobug does not accept returns for non-defective items; only exchanges are provided for damaged or defective products.

Return & Refund Policy

• Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once placed, as Clobug does not accept cancellations or provide refunds for non-defective items.
• No Returns or Store Credits: Clobug does not offer returns or store credits on any products.

COD Cancellations

Customers who cancel COD orders will be restricted from making further COD purchases across Clobug's sites and partner platforms.
